The goal of See Me Therapy is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, improve daily functioning, and build healthier relationships.
A Safe, Supportive Space for Growth
My office is a safe place where one can come and feel no judgment to work on goals and improve daily functioning. I look forward to helping you pursue self-acceptance, healing, and discovering ways to cope with life’s challenges.
My Outlook on Therapy
I work best with clients who have experienced difficulties in their past which has led to trauma, anxiety, and problems with setting and understanding healthy boundaries. Navigating these challenges alone can be a daunting task.
I look forward to helping you pursue self-acceptance, healing, and discovering ways to cope with life’s challenges. My office is a safe place where one can come and feel no judgment to work on goals and improve daily functioning.
I utilize both cognitive behavioral therapy and systems theory in my practice. I come from the standpoint that true change comes from both therapist and client collaborating and working together.
I am passionate about helping people realize their full potential and experience happier and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals, couples, and families — including children, teens, and adults — with a particular focus on working families and parents navigating the challenges of everyday life.
Areas of Focus
- Anxiety and stress management
- Healthy boundaries and relationships
- Supporting women and working mothers
- Family dynamics and parenting support
- Emotional awareness and communication
Certifications & Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and work with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and systems theory.
My approach is collaborative and practical. I believe meaningful change happens when therapist and client work together to better understand patterns, build awareness, and develop tools that can be applied in everyday life.
I am also a Certified Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator, which supports my work with families and parents by providing additional tools for building healthy relationships and communication.
