About See Me Therapy

My office is a safe place where one can come and feel no judgment to work on goals and improve daily functioning. I look forward to helping you pursue self-acceptance, healing and discovering ways to cope with life’s challenges.

My Outlook on Therapy…

I have assisted clients who have experienced grief, anger, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment problems, LGBT issues, serious mental illness and addiction. Navigating these challenges alone can be a daunting task. I look forward to helping you pursue self-acceptance, healing and discovering ways to cope with life’s challenges. My office is a safe place where one can come and feel no judgment to work on goals and improve daily functioning.

I utilize both cognitive behavioral therapy and systems theory in my practice. I come from the standpoint that true change comes from both therapist and client collaborating and working together. I am passionate about helping people realize their full potential and experience happier and healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I am a Certified Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator. The Nurturing Parenting Programs are a family-centered initiative designed to build nurturing parenting skills as an alternative to abusive and neglecting parenting and child-rearing practices. The long term goals are to prevent recidivism in families receiving social services, lower the rate of multi-parent teenage pregnancies, reduce the rate of juvenile delinquency and alcohol abuse, and stop the inter-generational cycle of child abuse by teaching positive parenting behaviors.

I provide therapy to couples and families as well as individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults. My specialties include marriage and family counseling, serious mental illness support and women’s issues.

Meet Your Counselor

I have been happily married to my husband since 2007 and we have three children, ages 3, 9 and 12. I have great perspective on the lives of working families and the struggles that come with this. Our family calls Hood County our home and have a sense of connection to the community and the desire to make this a happy and healthy place.
