Therapy for Moms in Midlothian, VA
You take care of everyone else. This is time that’s just for you.
I work with moms who feel stretched thin and want to feel more like themselves again. Sessions are in person in Midlothian or online anywhere in Virginia, Texas, and Arizona.

What Moms Bring to Therapy
Every mom’s situation is different. These are common ones.
Feeling Overwhelmed or Burned Out
When the to-do list never ends, exhaustion can start to feel normal. Therapy gives you space to name what’s draining you and figure out what needs to change.
Anxiety and Constant Worry
Many moms carry a steady background hum of “what if.” Together we look at where the worry comes from and build ways to loosen its grip.
Losing Yourself in Motherhood
It’s common to look up one day and wonder where you went. We can work on reconnecting with who you are besides being someone’s mom.
Guilt and Feeling Like You’re Not Doing Enough
Mom guilt is real, and it rarely matches reality. We can look at the expectations you’re holding yourself to and where they came from.
Adjusting to Life with a New Baby
The early months can bring big changes in how you feel. If you’re struggling after having a baby, you don’t have to wait for it to pass on its own.
Parenting Kids and Teens
Raising kids is hard even when things are going well. We can work on the day-to-day challenges and how they affect you.
How Sessions Work
Sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients come bi-weekly, though scheduling is flexible and based on what works for you. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Meet Your Counselor
I have been happily married to my husband since 2007 and we have three children. I have great perspective on the lives of working families and the struggles that come with this. Our family calls Chesterfield County our home and have a sense of connection to the community and the desire to make this a happy and healthy place.
